Your data, in plain words
What I save when you ask a question or have a plan, and why.
Who is responsible
Everyday Swings is responsible for the personal data described here.
To ask anything about your data, reply to any email from me, or send a message from the Ask page that starts with “Privacy”.
What I save
When you ask a question: your question, your email address and my answer.
When you have a plan (coaching or the Library): your plan and its dates, your game details, your notebook (notes and photos), the chat messages, videos and photos you send, and the lessons and summaries I write for you.
When you send a sponsor enquiry: your name, email, company, website and message. It is emailed to me and not stored on the website.
To keep the site safe: a scrambled (hashed) version of your email and IP address to limit spam, and a short bot check by Cloudflare that looks at your browser and connection.
Payments are handled by a payment provider. I never see or store your card details.
Why I save it
To answer your question, because you asked me to.
To give you the coaching or Library access you bought, building on everything we have worked on.
To keep your questions and my answers in your profile, so you never have to repeat yourself if you start coaching later. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
To reply to a sponsor enquiry you sent.
To protect the site from spam and abuse.
Emails and offers
Asking a question never puts you on a mailing list.
If you have had a paid plan, I may email you about similar coaching — for example the summary of your plan, with an offer to keep your notebook open with the Library. You can say no at any time, and every one of these emails lets you unsubscribe.
What I don’t do
I don’t sell your data or share it with advertisers.
I don’t use tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookies are the ones needed to sign you in and to stop spam.
Who handles it for me
Supabase stores the data and files, Resend sends me an email with each new question and sponsor enquiry, Cloudflare runs the bot check, and a hosting company runs the website. They only process your data on my behalf.
Some of them are based outside the EU. When data leaves the EU it is protected by EU-approved safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long I keep it
Questions from people who don’t start a plan are deleted 24 months after the last question.
Plan data — your notebook, chat, lessons and summaries — is kept while you have a plan and for 24 months after your last plan ends, so you can come back and pick up where we left off. After that it is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, get a copy of it, correct it, delete it, or ask me to stop using it. I reply within one month.
If you think I handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
